
The monthly condo maintenance fees cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning of common areas, including the parking lot. It will also cover upkeep for the landscaping, maintenance of exterior of building, utilities for heating and lighting the common areas, water utilities costs and any other costs approved by the homeowner directed Association Board.
A homeowner Board of Directors will be established when at least six (6) of the units have been purchased and occupied.
