The Walsingham now offers an economical yet luxurious entry into the Indianapolis downtown living sceneChoose from one of three room arrangements

The original Walsingham building was constructed in 1916 by Bert M. Pace, containing 12 apartment units. This brick apartment building possesses some Jacobean features such as the angled and square, projecting bays on the south and west facades, the rock-fenced limestone sill/belt-courses and lintels, and the crenellated parapet with limestone coping. The front entrance is protected by a shallow portico supported by two Doric columns. The building is three stories in height and rests on a raised basement.

Not only has the exterior been restored to its original style, but the interior is now exquisitely renovated with modern convenience features and amenities, while keeping with the historic flavor of the neighborhood. The Walsingham anchors the revitalization of the Herron Morton community which is dotted with historic buildings and homes.
